so0oo0o0ooo.......I've gained back almost all the weight that I lost and I feel like a big fatty! I didn't lose all that much weight to begin with. I reached a point of almost being under 200 and got comfortable...just messed up all my progress eating like the other people around me.....This time my fiance is dieting w/me and we're going to join a gym. I know that this time it's business...I'm unhealthy & unhappy w/the weight that I am, and I refuse to continue living like this. I want to be a healthy person so I can be a good example to my son. *Here's to starting over*
221.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I'm glad you're back! It can definitely be hard to "stay the course", especially if you're surrounded by people who eat and live unhealthy lifestyles, but just remember two things: EVERY CHOICE matters (every bite, every 10 minutes of exercise, etc) and that there's a HUGE difference between occasionally indulging and OVERindulging. You can do this, girl!
