My eating has been all over the place this past week. I've been busy enough that I didn't take adequate time to plan ahead, and have been caught with only snacks on hand. Luckily(?), I've also been busy enough to have forgotten to eat periodically. Not sustainable and not ideal, but I'll just take the W and do better next week.
