Started the 24 day wellness challenge today. By lunchtime I could already notice a difference in my energy levels. Normally I have my coffee or tea in the morning and by lunch I'm ready for a nap. Today I've been flying through my work and been super productive! I'm excited! If I feel this much better on day one.. i cant imagine how i'm going to feel on day 24! :-)

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 January 2013:

Thanks! I still get caffeine but its a drink full of vitamins and amino acids and good stuff and doesnt make me jittery or any bad symptoms. I love the mango one! it's really weird switching up my diet so much but so far so good! :-)
