I did my workout yesterday fairly late in the day. I have to make sure that I get my workout in early today if I can.
I have to keep this up. I know that the stress-the f-ing stress I am goin through-has not helped anything where weight loss is concerned....
169.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

just keep going. Yes, do your workouts early. I don't always. I should! It helps make you feel good about yourself and handle everything throughout the day better!!
