I am very frustrated - it seems my scale had been 10 pounds off so the other week my cleaning crew moved my scale at work..when i came in after a weekend of yoga, diet and excersize on the eliptical i gained 10 pounds i was so upset i had my friends who actually weighed in on the friday before and sure enough they had all gained 10 pounds excately...so the closer i got to 200 now i am 20 pounds away again! i was tempted give up i was so disapointed however i know that i am doing very well so here we go again at 220 i will adjust my weight to reflect the what the scale is showing but i am not happy about it...ugghhh!

You need to keep the scale in the same place in order to gauge your weight loss correctly. Floors are sometimes uneven which can throw the scales off. Try to keep it on a hard level surface. If someone moves it, put it back. Every scale will do the same thing. You might also use one at home to gauge your weight loss so no one can move it around. Just remember that scales are calibrated differently, so you can weigh something different on each one. They should all be within a few pounds of each other.
