Okay jogged up the stairs this morning (yay), and back down at lunchtime.

Went for a walk at lunchtime 45-50 mins from our building round across Southwark bridge, up past Monument down to St Pauls, through the churchyard and round the other side past the front doors, across the millennium bridge, and round through the Tate modern and back to our office.

Apparently that's about 2 and a half miles.

At which point I jogged back up the stairs again.
