Lunch at restaurant yesterday so i didn't fill any journal no point if you don't know exactly what u eat.
Well anyway there were loads of veggie dishes on the buffet, didn't eat cakes (u usually had a couple of slices so im proud).
No lots of exercise this week, my knee hurts so badly and had a busy week.
