So we are finally finished with the quiet hour, the funeral and everything. It was really hard, but everything turned out very nice. We stayed Wednesday night at my parents house, and I packed up everything, and my husband said he put it all in the car. We drove out there, went to the quiet hour, and I said, "Ryan, I want to hang up our clothes, so they don't wrinkle." Turns out, he left all of our dress clothes on the bed! So now, it's 8:30 at night, and we have nothing to wear to the funeral the next morning. We rush to the store, and I pick out two dresses (the dressing rooms were already closed for the night, so I got two sizes), and Ryan got a suit.
We went home, and I tried on the dresses. The size 14 fit, but it was WAY too revealing, and I didn't like the quality of the dress. My mom said, I have some of your clothes in the garage from before you moved out. I tried on one of the dresses, and it FIT!!! a size 12!!! I was sooo excited! I got to keep the money I would have spent on those dresses, and I found out I'm almost back to my pre wedding size! That was a little brightness in what was an overall sad day.
