I had a rough day at work today did not take my lunch break untill 245 pm, started at work at 6am this morning. State was in the building and I never walk so much in my life not even when I was overseas. Smoke only 3 cigs today at work and like to pull my hair out. my pedometer stated I walk 9. 63 miles today, but it sure feel like more
