Had been doing great in loosing the weight, but as time goes by it got more difficult and it feels as though I am now doing minimal to be loosing it. I only have 26.4 more lbs to reach my first goal weight. Come on Mimi you can do better then this. Put your full self into it as you did when you first started. Just a matter of 2 lbs a week and you can be there in a couple of months. If you put a lot into it you can shave it down to sooner. Don't give up. Stop the minimal effort. Let's go!! Today is the day I step it up. No eating after 6 pm. You always lose your most weight when you keep to that.
