Crazy weekend ... and crazy week ahead.
Friday ... I lost it. I really went wild with my eating. Saturday I did a little better but ate hardly anything. Sunday I was much more selective.
But the one thing I can tell you that I learned is if you start your day with sugar ... you'll crave it the rest of the day. By sugar, I mean doughnuts, candy bars, etc (refined sugar). I usually start my day with either a clementine (cause I have a HUGE bag of them) or a drink from Jamba. Neither of these makes me crave sugar like on Friday when I had a muffin for breakfast and doughnuts as a mid-day snack.
So, stay away from the sugar and it wont haunt you.
