I was taken out to lunch yesterday and I *did* practice restraint. I only ate 1/2 of my chimichanga! However, I know that between that and what my husband had planned for dinne ... that's what did me in.

I have also realized the more carbs I have in a given day, the more I *really* want a snack after dinner.

I *will* make better choices today.
296.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 151.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
