Well there have been some bumps in the road and gained back a bunch but now seem to be back in the right direction again. Had been up to 173 again and now back to 170. There were a few days when I ate more but only about 500 cal but it just was adding the pounds.

I am trying to add more exercise with the nice weather but the rain has been a problem again! I am now struggling with chicken arms! I am thinking of trying some weights but how only does it take to get results?? What are the best exercises?
170.4 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
