First day of pre-breakfast exercise and although it has taken me pretty much 2 hrs to cool down, it is a good feeling to know that I have got some exercise done already in the day.

Diet not been amazing - temptation / snacking as i can't seem to find the time to get proper meals. skipping evening meals. But hey i'm drinkign too and i haven't put any wieght on yet!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
