I also let loose on Saturday (weigh in day) and almost always end up in a point deficit if I track it. I also spend the week trying to lose the weight I gained in that one day. My Saturday meal this past week put me up 4 lbs on my scale! I'm finally down to only 1 lb up but weigh in is tomorrow so I will likely still see it. I know I need to "indulge" better, but it just doesn't happen.
