Haven't been very good about my WW journey lately. Seems like weekends have been doing me in. I allow myself one day to loosen the reigns, usually Saturday but what I am finding is that one day seems to drag on for 2 0r 3.....haven't gained but by now thought I would have been down more that I am. So going to stick with 1 day off only and track every bite and drink the other 6 days. My Doctor appt is imid- August and am hoping to be around 165 by then. I realize hoping won't do it, got to stick to the plan and do it! Next week will be better at the scale!
175.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I also let loose on Saturday (weigh in day) and almost always end up in a point deficit if I track it. I also spend the week trying to lose the weight I gained in that one day. My Saturday meal this past week put me up 4 lbs on my scale! I'm finally down to only 1 lb up but weigh in is tomorrow so I will likely still see it. I know I need to "indulge" better, but it just doesn't happen.

Thanks mrsroboto and Bethlauren8 ! You are right about indulging better!! There are other things I could over do that wouldn't do me in so much. With summer picnics and special events coming up I need to only allow myself one day. Friday is my weigh in day so Saturday is my day to eat off plan and I don't track anything. Would not be so bad if I just only overdid that day. For some reason there are always leftovers on Sunday and before you know it I'm repeating Saturday. This week I'm really going to stick to the plan and track everything. Hopefully Friday it will show a nice loss.
