Went for a run this morning, I am glad that I got up and did it even though I wanted to stay in bed. It was a tough run and I wanted to walk threw more than I was supposed to but I did ok. I have come to the realization over the last few days that when you cheat on a diet or exercise you are really only cheating on your self. If you say I want tell anyone that I ate the cookie your body still knows you ate it, so you cant really cheat.
I have been doing ok this week even though I was sick and still kinda am. I am working on the C25K program and I did 2 runs I am making progress, I want to make it further than I have been in the same time. Next week I will try to go a little faster when running and walking.
