Trying to stay on track..hard to do when the hubby keeps bringing home "goodies". But I have been a good girl, and I only had 1 cupcake this week that I did not enter into my food. It was a special occasion for a friend's birthday. Tomorrow starts exercise...I will be doing my Wii Just Dance but only moving the upper body, since Dr. has ordered no exercise due to my hip issue.
