...I just ate breakfast and weighed myself...143lbs

today is Friday.. Wednesday I was 143... eating less than 1000 cals a day and keeping my carbs at under 60..should absolutely keep me losing.... even if it is half a pound... it just doesnt make sense.

If I was in Ketosis I would be losing about a pound a day... so I am going to guess that I am not in Ketosis....

possible things holding me back..
- too much protein at dinner
- too much veggies
- too much Stevia or Splenda
- not enough exercise


I am going to go to a mall today.. maybe walking around will help.. I don't want to cut out the splenda since its in my 4c drink mix and thats how I get my water in daily.. so.. maybe I'll switch to only stevia if I weigh the same tmrw... :( this is not fun..

I'm on the same diet. I don't think it's all that great but I'm sticking to it for at least another month, just to be sure. I only lose about 1/2 pounds, sometimes less, per week. No rave results and I've wondered the same thing you have - how can I not lose when I'm eating so little?
