I wish fatsecret had a vitamins/water/oil/salt checkoff thingy.. that would make life easier

I weighed in yesterday at the center at 143 :)
my total weightloss on ideal protein is 10.6 lbs
I have been on the diet for 5 weeks
during that time I have cheated with alcohol close to 7 times and had two days of ridiculous night binge eating... and I even went on a cruise with my family and lost 2 pounds... that being said.. I have been completely cheat free for about a week now.. and I think I am done messing around until I reach my goals... I can lose a lot faster if I just stick to the plan :)

When I did weight watchers I lost at half the speed and didn't vary from the program at all.. with cheats I have lost at double speed... so i am really pleased with IP!!! .. and I am not encouraging people to cheat.. I feel stupid and wasted money and time when I did.... and "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" . so.. that being said I have new goals in place..

by my birthday(in 5 weigh-ins ..5 weeks) if I lose 2 pounds a week... which is pretty average.. I can be down another ten pounds...which would land me at 133.. the lowest I've been since I entered college in 2006 ... then in another 5 weeks ... which would be mid September.. I'd be at 123... which is 3 away from my goal.. and by October (College Fall Break) I will be exactly where I want to be :) and move on to phase 2 :)

I graduate College in December.. I want to be ready to be a college grad.. I want to be healthy.. in shape.. and ready for anything :)

ANDDD!!! in the spring I want to celebrate taking charge of my life and go to Mexico with my friend for a vacation on her spring break! and thennn! In May walk at graduation and then go to Disney to be a bridesmaid at my bestie's wedding...

I have so many things to look forward to.. and so many reasons to want to look great... I want to be confident in Mexico.. i want to strut in a bikini and think.. I look great! I am really excited.. and I am not going to cheat.. :)

yay! day 2 and already I am ranting and raving :)

00o00o! bought gerber baby puffs... they are great! .. I count them as an unrestricted packet.. so if I just need something to put in my mouth.. I reach for those.. and yum! :) its exactly what I needed
