Well since I have been back on induction I have not had to worry about cravings or hunger pangs which is great! It is my birthday today and I am going out for a meal with very good friends later and she booked the table and I have already looked up the menu online to see what choices I have to eat. Luckily they have many things that are suitable so I know I can stay on track.

Might have a drink tonight since its a special occasion I shall see. I really hope to have lost a lb this week or 1.5lbs would be better as then I will have cracked my wobble then!

The other week accidently bought a pair of trousers that are a size smaller than I needed, instead of taking them back curiosity got the better of me and I tried them on anyway and I could get them on and do them up, a little uncomfy but I was shocked. Ok so the pounds may not be coming off but my body shape is changing. Just wish the scales would reflect my body sometimes and give this now 27yr old girl a push in the right direction!

You keep hanging in there! I have seen times where I lost inches and not pounds so you could be gaining muscle and losing fat and getting smaller!
