I feel ya. I just try to keep telling myself it took me 15 years to get here so I'm not doing too bad if it only takes me 2 years to get out of it. Right?

Yes, it can be slow going sometimes. But it's better for your body and allows time for the elasticity of your skin to bounce back. You are doing great!
