starting out today. going to create own diet by monitoring 6 factors daily: 1)Calaries (<1800), 2)Fat (<40), 3)Sat Fat (<10), 4)NET Carbs (<180), 5)Fiber (>25). Plus 6, 8oz servings of water daily. And excersize (30 mins) 5 days a week.
241.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
