yes these pills are finally out of my system (anti-depressants) that made things so much worse.. so i've decided not to take anything.. cause i need to fix the reason why i am depressed not mask it with pills..which is losing this weight,its like this darn depressing baggage that i've carried around for years. but instead of taking stuff i'm just finding out what makes me happy inside..so you guys are gonna think that i'm weird cause all day today i downloaded reggae hits and danced around my apartment with my son in my tank top and undies.. I'M IN A REALLY GOOD MOOD!!! music is my remedy..either it makes me cry or make me dance around like a fool

I love music too. I am not a fan of raggae or rap but the Oldies,R&B and Modern Country are my absolute favorites. I do love to listen to HipHop when I am exercising. I love some on the beats, but sometimes the lyrics aren't hitting on anything. A lot of the time I will do 20 minutes on the treadmill then I will turn my HipHop on and do my thing. That's a workout all on it's on. I love to dance!

me 2.. eventhough i'm off beat sometimes.. lol with reggae half the time i dont understand what they say but its just the hard beat that keeps me moving

I LOVE DANCEHALL REGGAE!!! That stuff will make ya move, won't it? Haha...I listen to alot of Spanish Reggae (reggaeton...you go on and dance girl, ain't nothin wrong with that...I think I will add that to my usual walking routine...it burns tons of calories and man is it fun!

I'm glad I'm not the only fool dancing around the house, lol. You wouldn't believe the stuff me and my kids do when we're bored, hee hee hee. It's so much fun though and it makes everyone laugh and we just have a good ole time. Especially now that we're back out in the country .. we can really blast our tunes! It makes you work up a sweat too!
