It's Monday again, and I have now been under 195 for over a week!!! That is another milestone for me. Next week I hope to be closer to 190, so I can pass up that goal too!

It has been slightly slower progress than I was hoping for, but I know that what I'm doing will stick, and I won't be gaining this weight back any time soon.

As for the plan I'm on, I'm still doing the Isagenix Fat Burning and Cleansing Plan. I'm down 11 pounds and 7 inches since January 1st. I am happy with my results, and know they could be even better if I would work harder at the gym. So... Today that is what I plan to do!
