went to the gym tonight even though i was really really tired.. but i did.. i am really determined to loose this weight, i dont care how long it takes me. this is something i really have to do.. hoped on the elliptical trainer for 35 mins burned 285.2 cals... not bad for barely eating today.. i went out to dinner tonight.. they messed up my order and when i finally got what i wanted.. burger with cheese and grilled onions.. pickel,mashed cauliflower.. ate most of the burger but didnt eat anything else.. well i'm off to bed.. gotta wake up early, plan on going to the gym again.. going to a bbq tomorrow and i know that nothing is gonna tempt me enough to eat.. ttyl

Good Job Jo! I'm very proud of you! Getting up and actually going to the gym is really the hardest part, lol. I used to go to the gym (before so many kids, lol) and the toughest part of the workout was getting myself to go. I think you are doing a fine job and you will lose weight, just stick to it. I went through a rut last time and thought my efforts were hopeless, but I woke up one morning and couldn't believe what I saw! The weight disappeared and I believe that is what you are going to find as long as you keep the faith. Don't give up b/c you will see results. Keep pushing forward and you will get there!
