Rest day today. It seems like I'm not getting enough food according to fat secret. I'm being generous with my numbers and came up short of 2000. However I find that good. I really don't see how I need 3000 calories, even on days where I'm training. Though I am going to make an effort to eat more good stuff on training days to hopefully gain more muscle...
Who knows. It seems though that all this tracking of calories will really help me in the long run.
