Out to lunch. Splurged on a biscuit and potatoes, with my Chili Relleno omelet. I'd never heard or seen an omelet like that. It was delicious. Ate 1/2 of the omelet. Doubt that biscuit was really 4", but it was big, so only had a lettuce salad with 1/2 an avocado for dinner. My weight is so low, I figured it was fine. As a matter of fact, I was finishing my salad last night at midnight because I knew it was good for me. Would like to gain some muscle but it's hard to do with my bad back.
105.3 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
