So, I'm kinda sad because as I'm reading journals, I'm noticing that SO many people are getting down in the dumps and depressed about scales not going down. What the heck??? Have we all forgotten that this is a long, slow process??? This is for our health! Follow your rules, no matter what way of eating you are following, get some fresh air and exercise, and the pounds will fall off when they are ready! Your body knows what it is doing. Just keep the faith, people! Stay positive! Do this for your health, and remember how far you have come to get to this point. I stalled for 3-4 weeks before I dropped anything, and that was SO frustrating, but I knew that I would start losing again. I know how depressing it is to work so hard and not see immediate results, but they will show up! COME ON FRIENDS! CHEER UP!!!

yes, i soooo need that! i know i know, they are gonna come off, but see how it messes w/ your head, you get this "if its not gonna work, then why am i working so hard attitude!" i joined sara's challenge and am feeling so much better already -ok! btw you have a beautiful smile!
