I binged so bad today!! I could taste the chemical on the sweets. Ugh!! I came to school with my salad packed planning on having a good day but our teacher brought in Jelly filled iced colossal donuts from shoppers and I couldn't resist. I ate half... From there on it went down hill and it's only 4 pm. On the bright side, I did a small grocery shopping and got low cal soups, fish, celery and low cal wheat bread (: I'll probably end up eating more today bringing me above 1,000 calories... Today is just one of those days...Back on track tomorrow for sure! I really really want to be 189 by the end of January...
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just record what you ate. Seeing the impact in your 'diet calendar' can be a power motivation to not repeat. And don't be too hard on yourself, slips happen to everyone; the hard part is to acknowledge (record) the detail.

Just remember it is just one day. As long as you get back on track tomorrow it will be good. My problem is if I get way off I keep justifying it as 'oh I will wait until Monday' That is not god for me!
