I went on holidays and am now back in the gym. Rebounding very nicely. I am not where I want to be yet but am still see little bits of previous progress. This weight at one time would have been a distraction but I find myself more and more just going off of what I see in the mirror and how I fit in my clothes. Still working on my diet but definitely coming around. Also still considering incorporating fasting into my diet. Going to simplify it though. Maybe just a 24 hr once a week? Eating much better. All in all I have beat the post holiday blues.
