Sometimes a thought pops into my head that the calories I’m entering are too high (or too low) I’m pretty good at self correcting my thought to “any error wont change how my body reacts to my intake and output”

It’s much more important to stick to eating the best fuel, exercise and stay the course. The journaling is more of a guide than the result.
