Today is a much better day!!!
Didnt wake up so hungry, still had to go to sleep early as I could fee another rush to the cupboard was approcahing.
Cafe has a nice salad that got my attention today so will be looking foward to that.

into my 3rd day, I know early days yet but im already starting to feel more lighter!!
