morning self, need to start implemnting goals i think. daily goal and maybe a long term goal. todays goal: drink more water- 32oz for day long term goal: walk tredmill at work and bike 20 min. increase every 2 week. long term goal: issues with evening anxiety and binge eating. look for ways to distract self other than eating.
