Hospital visit to McMillan suite went fine. Next course of chemo started today and provided the scan results are OK there should be another 3. What happens after that is in the lap of the Gods. I've bought OH an electric recliner chair - he's been telling people I've got him an electric chair! I had a fantastic bargain at half price because it had been used as a demonstration model and then it was in the sale with a further 20% off. Its not being delivered for a couple of weeks as its very heavy and we are having some new flooring in the living room and don't want to move it out again.

The temperature has dropped quite a bit today and its quite breezy. I went out for a drive very early this morning and walked the dog in the hills. It was lovely if a bit fresh. There were rabbits and hares everywhere and the birds were singing their hearts out and the pheasants and partridge scurried into the undergrowth every time we approached. For a hunting and gun dog Ollie doesn't have a clue. He chases the rabbits but when he catches them up he just stops and barks. Its a good job because I'd hate it if he killed them. I find it very theraputic strolling along putting the world to rights and Ollie agrees with everything I say, so I must be on the right track. I called in at a newsagents and picked up the local weekly paper on the way back and OH was just coming down the stairs as I opened the door.

My decluttering is coming along at a pace. I'm probably going to discover I desperately need something that I've thrown out! I forgot to weigh this morning in my haste to get out before OH woke. Hope everyone has had a good day
