we have had a little heat wave here, much appreciated after many many cloudy days. I got the box of wine out of the house. It was my first box of wine, but a mistake, too tempted to add it to my juice every nite...gave me acid indigestion....I ate a balance bar that had dates in it. i like it better than the other kind. I have blueberries, cherries in my fridge...i have been getting iron from cooked spinach. It goes good with my veggie stew, which I am still eating every day one meal. I love Cedarlane Garden Vegetable Lasagna! Only 180 calories and 3 grams of fat.
