This weekend has been really bad. nutrition wise. I've been hitting the gym HARD since the chiropractor fixed my back. I've been really good this week so I thought a little splurging would be ok. I didn't over eat like I normally would but I did enjoy a few of the uh. fattier things in life lol. I can't cut out the foods I love completely so I'll just learn to have them as a treat now and again? And it's getting to be BBQ and camping season so I'm definitely going to have some of that. I'm just going to try to include more veggies and instead of having 2 burgers(which I did) I'll have one and then healthy stuff.
311.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 112.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
