I ran farther and faster than I ever have today. I ran 4.25 miles at 4.1 mph. That felt really good. I ran for over an hour today on the treadmill. I also lost 2 more pounds! I have lost 4 pounds this week alone! Incredible. I did get off track with the food by eating sugar free candy. Don't worry - I put the rest of it down the garbage disposal. I was just weak and gave in. I intend to get back on track tomorrow. I can't wait to get back to 1200 RDI again - I am so psyched that it is working.
