I had an increase this morning (as usual, I increase every morning that I have doctors appointments lol). But it was only 0.2 and I know where I went wrong so...I am good. I am not on solid foods today, I had hoped but with not doing great the last two days, it could be worse. They are only putting me off two days unless the feeling gets worse. So May 2nd I get to have my tuna back!!! Beautiful chunks of bright pink tuna!! I might take the whole day to do it but May 2nd is now officially TUNA DAY and I am eating my tuna!!! It's the thing I've been waiting for!! I can't wait!!!
268.1 lb Lost so far: 64.9 lb.    Still to go: 68.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
