Been super busy balancing work and friends and home life lately. Here's hoping that this week will break my plateau and help my team in the challenge. =)

I was really excited that tonight, even though it was rainy (which usually puts my back all out of whack) I was able to do 48 minutes on the bike at the gym, then walk faster than I have been able to walk in years for a full 8 rotations (maybe 2/3 a mile) without my legs going numb or my SI joint swelling or generally feeling like I am rusting over or anything negative at all! I was actually feeling really good, and enjoying it. =)

I was sweaty, flushed and out of breath, but I was smiling and not in pain - something I didn't really think was possible for me. While no one seems to be able to see a difference on the outside (I was 126 kg when I started on my own in Feb! 111 now which is mind-blowing to me! =) ) it was really nice and fun to get a bit of physical confirmation that SOMETHING is changing physically.

Yay. =)
