Hmmmmmmmmmm, 4 pound gain in a week! I guess I really can't do this on my own. I really need fatsecret to help me. I had no water for the last 4 days so today that's my goal to flush my system of all the impurities I drank over this past weekend. Note to self. NEXT TIME VISITING MOM---TAKE A CASE OF WATER! All they drink is soda!
