Still a struggle in my mind sometimes but doing better at maintaining. My weight this morning tells me it wouldn't of hurt to have the popcorn last night but it's always hard to up the calories day before I weigh. I'm still working on how many calories I can have and not gain too much .
99.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
