Day 1 and I'm fairly happy with the outcome. Great exercise on the mountain bike and I'm well short of my 2200 cal max. Cholesterol intake is still very high but eggs cheese and brisket will do that to you. Tomorrow should be a calorie deficit day as well and I'll try to go with salad for lunch.

Reading everyone's journals is probably the best motivator in the whole program. Some folks have accomplished great things and the impact goes far beyond their own accomplishment. It's fuel and a catalyst to get me back where I want to be. First 138 then on to my USMC boot camp weight of 131.
