I made it through Christmas. And I did pretty well. I did not count calories or carbs but I also didn't binge. My weight is holding at 186 and I'm okay with that because it didn't go up, I had a crazy amount of sodium and TOM is about to start. All in all, it was a good holiday. I did have two small slips, one not my fault and the other because I didn't ask enough questions. My FSiL brined her turkey with brown sugar - not much - but still enough to kick me out of ketosis. And green bean casserole, I had an immediate reaction to the wheat in it and if I'd thought about it, I would have known better than to eat it. My FMiL made cabbage rolls without rice for me and those were delicious.
I avoided the stuffing, the rolls, desserts and candy. So that's a win.
