Hmmmm...Im getting a little tierd of leaving that number the same...maybe its time to kick it up a notch again. That 160 number is calling my name ;) The thought has crossed my mind to Pase 1 it for a week or so...if I cant break thru by the end of the weekend I may give it a shot.
Kids have soccer games this weekend...so will be running around for that. Hoping to get a couple good workouts in too.

hay a good workout would be running the side lines with your kids going up and down the field youll get a workout in and be cheering the kids on at the same time!!!!!

I know how you feel, I feel like making a dash to the finish line as well. However, I think it will be better for me wait until next week to begin that. I need to do a little exercise first to get back some strength. If you feel ready, just finish it off. ;-)
