Earthlady's Journal, 14 December 2012

I've been truly back on track for less than a week, kick-started because I felt so unwell last weekend, but already I'm feeling like a 'thin' person again - pleasantly empty and energetic. It's a great feeling that I really need to hold onto.

Just a couple of weeks ago I was in danger of breaking the 60kg barrier, which I had promised myself I would never do again. Thankfully I seem to have put the brakes on in time and this weekend I'm expecting to weigh in at under 58. It's still amazing to me how those 2 kilos can make such a huge difference to how I feel and how my clothes fit!

The only slight concern is that I've been quite a way under RDI every day this week so there's a danger of a gain once my appetite comes back completely to normal. At least the weight loss will certainly slow down and I can't let that de-motivate me.

That "thin" feeling is like a drug. I miss mine so much, but I feel it coming back along with my new diet and weight loss progress. It's the best feeling in the world. I can totally relate to you. Let's make sure we keep feeling like this, huh? :)
