So frustrated because I work out so hard and see zero results!! I have put on 4.5 lbs and 1 1/4" on my thighs!! My stomach is fatter and I have to be even more careful with what I eat!! I am ready to quit working out all together!!!
123.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
