I cannot explain my weight gain today! UGH! I do not know what happen! Yesterday, I ate less than 1200 calories & my muscles are aching from working out! How frustrating!
On a positive note, I had a personal accomplishment yesterday! I mowed our entire yard with a push mower! I only used the self-propeller for 1/2 of the yard! It was quite a workout! I have never mowed the entire yard before! Fortunately, I always had men in my life to mow for me! Well, my husband patiently stood by & watched me mow - much to his dismay! He only let me do it b/c I instisted on having the exercise! lol!
On another positive note, I am wearing size MEDIUM scrub pants to work today! YAY! Hubby asked me how long it had been since I wore a size Med. I said NEVER!
Well, 2 positives "outweigh" 1 negative, so I will take that! Let's just hope that I beat the scales tomorrow!
