seaside16's Journal, 10 December 2012

It took me two weeks to undo my 4 day eating binge in November. I've been ok with food...a few good days, then I mess up, but I haven't gone more that a day of messing up. I have been walking/jogging every morning. I really think I can get under 230 by the end of the month...but I'm also going to be realistic and be happy if I just stay under 235. With Christmas baking coming up I just don't know how I'll be. Also I plan to get back on track with logging food/exercise...I'll admit I really don't like recording at all, but it does help me keep my calories under control.

I hate logging also, but the app on my phone has helped a great deal. Makes it much easier and faster to log everything. I don't have the time all the time to get on the internet to log my calories and writing them down is pointless with me. Exercising will help. Do yourself a favor and eat before you start baking. It may help you stay away from all the goodies.

Yes the apps on phone makes things extermly easy esp if you can scan you foods in. I am sure with all of your exercising you will not gain any weight but many have hard time losing while you are eating the not so good foods:)

Congrats on undoing the eating binge and getting in more exercise! It'll be tough reaching your goal during the holidays, but it's definitely possible!

Will have to eat before baking, and I'll look up that app too!
