I reset my RDI to 1500. If I stay below 1200 (what I had before) I just don't feel like I'm eating enough, and I tend to go way over my calories...so I'm thinking this will be easier to stick with.

Do whatever you need to Sea. I set my RDI to 1500 and wasn't losing any weight, so I set it back to 1300 and I began to feel deprived again. Now I have it set at 1400. Totally ridiculous, isn't it? Just put it wherever you are comfortable. Yeah, we'd all lose weight super fast if we all ate 800 calories a day, but no, we live in the REAL world. Don't worry about it, you're doing great!

I figured I'd see how I do at 1500 for a month maybe....if I lose great! If not I'll have to lower it some.
