I took a motorcycle training class this weekend and I had a blast! It was a lot of hard work but I did pretty good. I didn't even drop the bike. I did eat a lot of carbohydrates to keep my energy up. I was very tired at the end of both days, but I still gained weight. Well now it is back to regular exercising and eatting healthy. I did eat a Sonic Blast Saturday night because I was celebrating making it through the first day. I enjoyed it! This weekend coming up we are going to Memphis for a music festival. I am sure we will eat out a lot, but I will try to be good! I will have to stay away form the alcohol too!
